We understand that sometimes plans change, and that is why we offer a full refund of all charter fees, including the deposit, if you cancel your reservation seven 15 days prior to the charter date.
**Cancelation Policy*
Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance, will receive a full refund. If your reservation is canceled 14 days or less, the deposit will not be refunded.
**Weather Policy**
If the captain deems the water unsafe to fish on the date of your trip, we will try to reschedule. If we are unable to reschedule your trip due to our availability, you will receive a full refund.

If the Captain deems that the weather conditions are too dangerous to fish on the day of your booking, we will try and reschedule your trip.
